A sensational development has surfaced in the murder case of GRP Constable Soumyaranjan, with attention now focused on entries allegedly made in his personal diary. The Crime Branch on Friday questioned his friend Nishikanta Mahanti, who once again raised allegations regarding the alleged involvement of ADG Dayal Gangwar. According to Mahanti, Soumyaranjan used to record important incidents from his life in the diary. He claimed that the diary contains references to alleged threats received from ADG Dayal Gangwar and a gym owner from Bhubaneswar. Investigators are examining whether the diary could provide crucial leads in the ongoing probe into the murder case.
