ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଜାଲରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ବାଲିଗୁଡ଼ାର କୁବେର ITDA ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବୈକୁଣ୍ଠନାଥ ବେହେରା ଠୁଳ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଟଙ୍କା ପାହାଡ଼। ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଲକର୍ ଖୋଲିବା ପରେ ଟଙ୍କା ବିଡ଼ା ଦେଖି ଭିଡିଲାନ୍ସ ଟେରା। ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର କେଶୁରାରେ ଥିବା ଏକ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ୨ଟି ଲକରରୁ ମିଳିଛି ନଗଦ ୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା। ବିଡ଼ା ବିଡ଼ା ନୋଟ୍ ଲକରରେ ରଖିଥିଲେ ବୈକୁଣ୍ଠନାଥ। ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ଟଙ୍କାଗଣା ମେସିନରେ ଟଙ୍କା ଗଣତି କରାଯାଉଛି। ଦୁଇଟି ଲକର ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ସେହିପରି ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖପୁର ଏକ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଲକରରୁ ଠାବ ହୋଇଛି ସାଢ଼େ ୩୦୦ ଗ୍ରାମର ସୁନା।
A major Vigilance crackdown has uncovered a huge cache of assets linked to Baliguda ITDA engineer Baikunthanath Behera. During searches conducted as part of a disproportionate assets investigation, officials recovered ₹2 crore in cash from two bank lockers at Keshura in Bhubaneswar. Bundles of currency notes were found stored inside the lockers and are being counted using bank cash-counting machines. According to available information, both lockers were registered in the name of the engineer's wife. In a related recovery, more than 300 grams of gold was also found in a separate bank locker at Chandrasekharpur. The findings have intensified scrutiny of the assets allegedly linked to the engineer as the Vigilance probe continues.
