No Rain for Next 3 Days, Flood Situation Improving in Odisha: Minister

ଆସନ୍ତା ୩ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାର ନାହିଁ । ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଓ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁରେଶ ପୂଜାରୀଙ୍କ ସୂଚନା। ୨ ତାରିଖ ପରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇପାରେ। ମୁଣ୍ଡୁଳୀରେ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୯ ଲକ୍ଷ କ୍ୟୁସେକ ଜଳ ପ୍ରଭାହିତ ସମ୍ଭାବନା। ଆଖୁଆପଦାଠରେ ବିପଦ ସଂକେତ ତଳେ ବୈତରଣୀ ନଦୀର ଜଳସ୍ତର। ଉପର ମୁଣ୍ଡରେ ବର୍ଷା କମିଛି, ବୈତରଣୀରେ ବନ୍ୟା କମୁଛି।
Odisha Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari said that no rainfall is expected across the state for the next three days, with rain likely to return after the 2nd. He also reviewed the prevailing flood situation across the state. According to the Minister, Mundali may receive around 9 lakh cusecs of water by this evening. The Baitarani River at Akhuapada is flowing below the danger level, and flood conditions are gradually improving as rainfall has reduced in the upper catchment areas.
