A major road cave-in was reported in Bhubaneswar after a section of the road between Garage Chhak and Ravi Talkies Square suddenly collapsed, leaving behind a crater nearly 5 to 6 feet deep. A motorcyclist narrowly escaped the incident, while commuters are now travelling through the stretch with caution. Police reached the spot and began regulating traffic.
The most alarming aspect of the incident is that the collapsed portion reportedly exposed no soil beneath the road surface, raising serious concerns about the road's structural stability. A large crowd gathered at the site as authorities managed traffic movement.
