ଉବୁଟୁବୁ ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ସହର। ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବାଲେଶ୍ବରରେ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ସକାଳ ୬ଟା ୩୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବାଲେଶ୍ବରରେ ୧୬୫.୫ ମିମି ବର୍ଷା ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି। ସବୁଠି ପାଣି ଆଉ ପାଣି। ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ଦୁଇ ଫୁଟରୁ ଅଧିକ ପାଣି ଜମି ରହିଛି। ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ସହର ଗୋପାଳ ଗାଁ, ଚଡ଼ିଆ ପୋଲ ଷ୍ଟେଟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରାସ୍ତା , ଗୁଡିପଦା , ନୂଆସାହି , ଦରଜିପୋଖରୀ ଆଦି ସବୁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚାଲିଛି ପାଣି।
Balasore city has been severely affected by incessant rainfall triggered by a deep depression, leaving several areas waterlogged. As of 6:30 AM, the district recorded 165.5 mm of rainfall, with more than two feet of water accumulating on roads at multiple locations. Gopalgaon, Chadia Bridge–State Bank Main Road, Gudipada, Nuasahi and Darjipokhari are among the worst-hit areas, where waterlogging has disrupted normal life and movement. Continuous rainfall has inundated large parts of the city, raising concerns over the worsening flood-like situation.
