କନ୍ଧମାଳର ସନ୍ଥ, ପୂଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱାମୀ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମଣାନନ୍ଦ ସରସ୍ୱତୀଙ୍କ ଅମ୍ଳାନ ସୃତିକୁ ଉଜ୍ଜୀବିତ କରି ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀଙ୍କ ବଡ଼ ଘୋଷଣା। କନ୍ଧମାଳରେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ସରକାରୀ ମେଡ଼ିକାଲ କଲେଜ ଏବଂ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ସ୍ୱାମୀ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମଣାନନ୍ଦ ସରସ୍ୱତୀଙ୍କ ନାଁରେ ନାମିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାସହିତ ଜଲେଶପଟ୍ଟାରେ ଥିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମଣାନନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ରମ, ଆଶ୍ରମ ସ୍କୁଲ ଏବଂ କନ୍ୟାଶ୍ରମର ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ସିଏମ୍ ମୋହନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପାଣ୍ଠିରୁ ୧୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିଛନ୍ତି।
In a major announcement to preserve the legacy of revered Kandhamal saint Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has declared that the Government Medical College and Hospital in Kandhamal will be named in his honour. The Chief Minister has also sanctioned ₹13 crore from the Chief Minister's Special Relief Fund for the development of the Jalespata Ashram, the Ashram School and the Girls' Ashram, reaffirming the government's commitment to preserving Swamiji's enduring legacy and strengthening institutions associated with his service.
