ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ କଟକର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜମି ରହିଛି ପାଣି। କେଉଁଠି ଆଣ୍ଠୁଏ ଉଚ୍ଚର ତ କେଉଁଠି ତା’ଠୁ ଅଧିକ ପାଣି ପ୍ରବାହିତ ବି ହେଉଛି। ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର ବହୁ ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଆଣ୍ଠୁଏ ଉଚ୍ଚର ପାଣି ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ତଳିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଜଳମଗ୍ନ ହୋଇଛି।
Continuous heavy rainfall has led to widespread waterlogging across Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, severely affecting daily life and traffic movement. Several areas in Cuttack remain inundated, with water levels ranging from knee-deep to even higher in many locations. In Bhubaneswar, roads have been submerged under knee-deep water, while several low-lying areas have been flooded due to incessant rain.
