Continuous heavy rainfall has caused severe waterlogging in several parts of Cuttack, disrupting normal life and traffic movement.Many roads remain submerged under knee-deep or even higher levels of water, making commuting difficult for motorists and pedestrians. In some areas, rainwater is flowing across roads, creating hazardous conditions.
