କଟକ ରେଭେନ୍ସା ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଇଷ୍ଟ ହଷ୍ଟେଲରେ ଛାତ୍ର ଅଶାନ୍ତି। ହଷ୍ଟେଲର ଡେପୁଟି ୱାର୍ଡେନଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନ୍ତର ଦାବିରେ ଧାରଣା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଛାତ୍ର। ଗତକାଲି ରାତିରେ କିଛି ଛାତ୍ର ଏକାଠି ହୋଇ ଫ୍ରେଣ୍ଡସିପ୍ ଡେ ପାଳନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କରି ଆଜି ଡେପୁଟି ୱାର୍ଡେନ କିଛି ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ରୁମରେ ତାଲା ପକାଇ ଦେଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହାକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି ଇଷ୍ଟ ହଷ୍ଟେଲର ଛାତ୍ରମାନେ ଘଣ୍ଟ ବଜାଇ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ବସିଛନ୍ତି। ଛାତ୍ରମାନେ ଡେପୁଟି ୱାର୍ଡେନଙ୍କୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଉ ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଘଟଣାରେ ଡେପୁଟି ୱାର୍ଡେନ କିମ୍ବା ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ମିଳିପାରିନାହିଁ ।

Tension prevailed at the East Hostel of Ravenshaw University in Cuttack after students staged a protest demanding the immediate transfer of the Deputy Warden. According to the students, the dispute arose after a group celebrated Friendship Day in the hostel on the previous night.
The students alleged that the Deputy Warden locked the rooms of some residents following the celebration. In protest, East Hostel students launched a sit-in demonstration and rang bells, demanding immediate action against the Deputy Warden. As of now, neither the Deputy Warden nor the university authorities have issued an official response to the allegations.
