Heavy Rain Alert! Bay of Bengal Depression Likely to Intensify

ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା ଅବପାତ। ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ଠାରୁ ୧୮୦ ଏବଂ ଚାନ୍ଦବାଲି ଠାରୁ ୧୭୦ କିମି ଦୂରରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀଭୂତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହା ଅଧିକ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଉତ୍ତରପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗକୁ ଗତି କରିବ। ଆଗାମୀ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।
A Depression has formed over the northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Odisha-West Bengal coastal areas, raising the possibility of heavy rainfall over the coming days. The system was located around 170 km east of Chandbali and 180 km east-southeast of Balasore. It is expected to move northwestwards and intensify further. The IMD has said it is very likely to become a Deep Depression within the next 24 hours.
