Although floodwaters have started receding, the hardships of residents continue in Remuna area of Baleshwar district after heavy rainfall triggered a flood situation. Several houses have been damaged, with sudden water intrusion at night causing destruction of household belongings.
Residents of Bimburia village under Remuna Block have reported losses of essential items including rice, clothes, furniture, and other household goods. Locals are now struggling to recover from the damage caused by the flood situation.
