Elderly Man's Body Recovered After Being Swept Away in Floodwaters in Baleshwar

ବନ୍ୟା ଜଳରେ ଭାସି ଯାଇଥିବା ଜଣେ ବୃଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଉଦ୍ଧାର । ମୃତକ ଜଣଙ୍କ ହେଲେ ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ରେମୁଣା ଥାନା ଅଧୀନ ଶ୍ରୀରାମପୁର ଗ୍ରାମର ଚୌଧୁରୀ ବେହେରା। ସେ ବଡ଼ସାହି ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ନିଜ ଝିଅ ଘରକୁ ଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଉ ଫେରିନଥିଲେ । ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସୀମାନ୍ତ ଗଙ୍ଗାହାର ନଦୀର ଜଳସ୍ରୋତରେ ଭାସି ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ଆଜି ଓଡ୍ରାଫ ଟିମ୍ ଦ୍ଵାରା ବହୁ ଖୋଜାଖୋଜି ପରେ ତାଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇଛି ।

The body of an elderly man who was swept away in floodwaters has been recovered in Baleshwar district. The deceased has been identified as Choudhury Behera of Srirampur village under Remuna Police Station limits.

According to reports, he had gone to his daughter's house in the Barsahi area but did not return. On Wednesday, he was swept away by strong currents in the Gangahar River near the Mayurbhanj district border. After an extensive search operation, the ODRAF team recovered his body.
