Dana Majhi, whose heartbreaking story from Kalahandi drew global attention a decade ago after he carried his wife's body on his shoulders for nearly 10 kilometres, is back in the headlines. This time, he has filed a police complaint alleging that a documentary based on his life was produced and promoted by Sambalpur-based film producer Manoj Bag without his permission. Dana Majhi has approached the police, claiming that his consent was never obtained before the documentary was made and publicised.
