Residents of a village under Chakroda Gram Panchayat in Kendrapara have alleged that a road was excavated for the construction of a bridge, but the work was abandoned midway. The incomplete project has resulted in severe waterlogging, making it difficult for people to step out of their homes and disrupting normal life.
