ଲଘୁଚାପ ଓ ଅବପାତ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବନ୍ୟା ସ୍ଥିତି। ସେପଟେ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବି ସାଂଘାତିକ ସ୍ଥିତି। ଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ବାଦଲ ଫଟା ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇଛି। କେତେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଜନଜୀବନ ଉପରେ ଏହାର ସାଂଘାତିକ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି।
Flooding is affecting northern Odisha under the influence of a low-pressure area and depression, while Western Odisha is also facing a severe situation due to incessant rainfall. Several districts in Western Odisha reportedly witnessed cloudburst-like rainfall during the past 24 hours.
