Odisha Vigilance has intensified its investigation into the alleged LED scam in Jajpur district, where irregularities in the installation of LED lights are being probed. As part of the ongoing investigation, six contractors have reportedly been detained and are being questioned by Vigilance officials. The anti-corruption agency is also conducting raids at nearly 50 locations across three districts in connection with the alleged irregularities. The investigation is focused on uncovering possible corruption in the LED light installation process, with multiple teams carrying out simultaneous searches at different places.
