'Vande Mataram' to Precede 'Jana Gana Mana' Under New Centre Guidelines

ଜାତୀୟ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଗାନ ଓ ଧୂନ୍ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ଜାରି କଲେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର। ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍ ଅନୁସାରେ, ପ୍ରଥମେ ‘ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍ ’ ଓ ପରେ ‘ଜନ ଗଣ ମନ’ ଗାନ କରାଯିବ। ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମର ସମସ୍ତ ୬ଟି ଯାକ ପଦ ଗାନ କରିବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜାତୀୟ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଭଳି ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍ ଗାନ କିମ୍ବା ଏହାର ଧୂନ୍ ବାଜିବା ସମୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ସମ୍ମାନର ସହ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ।
The Central Government has issued fresh guidelines governing the rendition of the National Song and National Anthem in official ceremonies. As per the new protocol issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, 'Vande Mataram' will be sung or played before 'Jana Gana Mana' whenever both are rendered together. The guidelines also make it mandatory to perform all six stanzas of 'Vande Mataram' during designated official occasions. Similar to the National Anthem, all individuals present will be required to stand in attention and show due respect while the National Song is being sung or played. The move comes as part of the government's formal protocol for the observance of national symbols and ceremonies.
