ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ଆନ୍ତଃରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଚୋରା ଚାଲାଣର ପର୍ଦ୍ଦାଫାଶ । କ୍ରାଇମବ୍ରାଞ୍ଚ ଏସଟିଏଫ୍ ଟିମ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରି କିଙ୍ଗପିନ ସହ ୪ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି । ବଡ଼ଗଡ଼ ଥାନା ପାଣ୍ଡବ ନଗରର ଏକ ଭଡ଼ାଘରକୁ ଗୋଦାମ କରି ସେଠାରୁ କେରଳ, ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁ ସମେତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ପରିମାଣର ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଚାଲାଣ କରାଯାଉଥିଲା । ଖବର ପାଇଁ ଏସଟିଏଫ ଟିମ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରିଛି । ଚଢାଉ ବେଳେ ୨୫ଟି ପ୍ୟାକେଟରୁ ୫୦ କେଜି ୫୦୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହାସହ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ୪ଟି ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ଫୋନ୍ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

The Crime Branch Special Task Force (STF) has busted an alleged inter-state ganja smuggling racket operating from Pandab Nagar under Badagada Police Station in Bhubaneswar. Four accused, including the alleged kingpin, were arrested during the raid. Police seized 50.5 kg of ganja packed in 25 packets, along with four mobile phones allegedly used in the operation.
According to the STF, the rented house was being used as a warehouse to transport commercial quantities of ganja to Kerala, Bengaluru, and other states. The agency identified Mohammed Asif as the alleged kingpin, while Shubhranshu Sekhar Panda alias Bablu was allegedly managing the warehouse and coordinating dispatches. Chandan Digal and Rashmi Ranjan Digal were allegedly supplying ganja locally.
A case has been registered against all four accused under the NDPS Act, and they have been produced before the court. The STF is continuing its investigation to identify other members of the syndicate and trace its financial network.
