କେଜିଏ ମାଛକୁ ମାତ୍ର ୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା । ନଦୀରୁ ଧରାଯାଉଛି ମାଛ । ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ଚଲିଛି ବିକ୍ରି । ସାଧାରଣତଃ ମାଛ ଦର କିଲୋ ପ୍ରତି ୨୦୦ରୁ ୨୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଥାଏ । କିନ୍ତୁ ଏବେ କୋମନାରେ ମାଛ ଦର ପୂରା ଶସ୍ତା ।
Fresh fish are now being sold for just ₹50 per kg in Komna of Nuapada district, compared to the usual market price of ₹200–250 per kg. Following heavy rainfall upstream, floodwaters entered the Sundar River, allowing a large number of fish from the Lower Indra Irrigation Project to flow into the river. Thousands of local residents have gathered along the riverbanks to catch fish using nets, resulting in an unusually abundant supply.
