The Odisha Government is set to implement its Heritage School Scheme for the conservation and restoration of century-old educational institutions. Seven schools in Cuttack have been included in the project after being granted Heritage School status. While the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for their redevelopment is being prepared, the preliminary survey has already been completed, paving the way for the preservation and modernization of these historic schools without compromising their heritage value.
