A major twist has emerged in the high-profile Pitabas Panda murder case. In the final chargesheet, police have dropped the murder charge against former MLA Vikram Panda and 13 other accused. While Vikram Panda has been named as the alleged key conspirator, he has been charged under BNS Section 111 for organized criminal conspiracy instead of BNS Section 103 for murder.
