ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପୋଲିସ ବିରୋଧରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲା। କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ମୁଚିମପୁଟ ପୋଲିସ ଅଟକ ରଖ ୫ ଦିନ କାଳ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଦେଇଛି। ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ଗାଡ଼ିରୁ କୌଣସି ଆପତ୍ତିଜନକ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ମିଳି ନ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପୋଲିସ ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଦିନ ଧରି ଏକ ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତ ଘରେ ଅଟକ ରଖି ମାଡ଼ ମାରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି ।
Two youths from Odisha's Koraput district have filed a police complaint alleging illegal detention, custodial torture, and extortion by Andhra Pradesh's Munchingput Police. The victims, Ramamurti Niriki and Suresh Khil, claimed they were stopped while returning after visiting an ailing relative. Although no objectionable material was found during the vehicle check, they alleged they were detained for five days in an abandoned house, assaulted, and pressured to confess to ganja smuggling.
