ଗଂଜେଇ ମାଫିଆଙ୍କ ସହ ଲିଙ୍କ୍ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ମାମଲାରେ ଫସିଗଲେ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ମନମୁଣ୍ଡା ଥାନାର ପୂର୍ବତନ IIC ସୁସ୍ମିତା ମଗର । ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଜି ଚାକିରିରୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ପୋଲିସ ଡିଜି । ନିଜର ପଦର ଅପବ୍ୟବହାର ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଡିଜିପି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ଆକ୍ସନ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ବଦଳି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଆଉ ଏବେ ଚାକିରିରୁ ନିଲମ୍ବନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ମାଫିଆଙ୍କ ସହ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଲେଡି ଆଇଆଇସି ସୁସ୍ମିତା ଡିଲ୍ କରିବା ସହ ରେଡ୍ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପୋଲିସର ସବୁ ଖବରକୁ ଜଣାଇ ଦେଉଥିଲେ । ଗତ ୧୮ ଜାନୁୟାରୀରେ ସୋନପୁର ପୋଲିସ କଣ୍ଟେନରରୁ ଗଂଜେଇ ଜବତ କରିଥିଲା । ମାଫିଆ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କଲା । କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରୁ କରୁ ଖୋଲିଗଲା ମଗର ମାଡାମଙ୍କ କଳା କାରନାମା । ରେଡ୍ ଆଗରୁ ମାଫିଆଙ୍କୁ ଖବର ଦେଇଥିଲେ IIC ସସ୍ମିତା ମଗର । ଏନେଇ ତତ୍କାଳୀନ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଏସପି କାରଣ ଦର୍ଶାଅ ନୋଟିସ୍ ଜାରି କରିବା ସହ ଥାନାରୁ ହଟାଇ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ପୋଲିସ୍ ହେଡକ୍ବାଟରକୁ ବଦଳି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

Former Manamunda Police Station Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) Susmita Magar has been suspended by the Odisha Director General of Police (DGP) over allegations of maintaining links with a ganja mafia and misusing her official position. She was earlier transferred to the district police headquarters and has now been placed under suspension pending further proceedings.
According to the allegations in the source report, the officer allegedly tipped off ganja smugglers before police raids and shared confidential information with them. The allegations reportedly surfaced during the examination of mobile phones seized from accused persons arrested after a ganja haul from a container by Sonepur Police on January 18.
Following the revelations, the then Boudh SP had issued a show-cause notice and transferred the officer from Manamunda Police Station to the district police headquarters. The latest suspension marks a further disciplinary action in the case.
