GRP କନେଷ୍ଟବଳ ସୌମ୍ୟରଞ୍ଜନ ହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲା, ଯେତେ ପୁରୁଣା ହେଉଛି ସେତେ ନୂଆ ନୂଆ ତଥ୍ୟ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସୁଛି । ସୌମ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା ସମୟରେ ସୌମ୍ୟଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗୀ ଓମ୍ ପ୍ରକାଶ ରାଉତର ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ଏବଂ ଭିଡ଼ିଓରେ ଥିବା ସ୍ବରକୁ ନେଇ ବଢ଼ାଇଛି ସସପେନସ। ଭିଡ଼ିଓରେ ‘ଛାଡ଼ି ପକାଉଛି ଖାଲି, ଛାଡ଼ିଦେଲେ ଅସୁବିଧା ହେଇଯିବ’ ବୋଲି ଓମ ପ୍ରକାଶ କହୁଥିବା ପରିବାର ଲୋକେ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହି ଭିଡ଼ିଓ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆରେ ଘୁରି ବୁଲୁଛି। ସେହି ଭିଡ଼ିଓକୁ ଆଜି ଜାତୀୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର କର୍ମୀ ଭଜମନ ବିଶ୍ୱାଳ ସୈମ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଭିଡ଼ିଓରେ ଥିବା ଭଏସ୍ ଓମ୍ ର ନା ଆଉ କାହାର ତାହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇନଥିଲେ ବି ଓମ୍ର ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତି ଥିବା ସୌମ୍ୟଙ୍କ ମା’ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତାସହ ଓମ୍ ବିରୋଧରେ କଠୋର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଏନେଇ ଓମ୍ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ମିଳିପାରିନାହିଁ ।

Fresh developments continue to emerge in the murder case of GRP Constable Soumyaranjan. A viral video and the reported presence of his associate Om Prakash Rout at the time of the incident have added a new layer of mystery to the case.

Family members have claimed that the voice heard in the video saying, "I am leaving him now; if he is released, it will create problems," belongs to Om Prakash Rout. The video has been widely circulated on social media. National human rights activist Bhajaman Biswal visited Soumyaranjan's family and collected the video for further examination.

Although it has not yet been established whether the voice in the video actually belongs to Om Prakash Rout or someone else, Soumyaranjan's mother has alleged his involvement in the incident and demanded strict action against him. No response from Om Prakash Rout's side has been received so far.
