ପତ୍ନୀ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣଙ୍କ ସହ ଚାଲିଯିବାରୁ ଦୁଇ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କୁ ମାରି ଜୀବନ ହାରିଦେଲେ ସ୍ବାମୀ । ହୃଦୟବିଦାରକ ଘଟଣା ତାମିଲନାଡୁ ତୁତିକୋରିନ ଅଂଚଳର । ୪୫ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଟ୍ରକ୍ ଡ୍ରାଇଭର ମେରି ମାଇକେଲ ଘଟାଇଛି ଏଭଳି ଲୋମହର୍ଷଣକାରୀ କାଣ୍ଡ । ଆଉ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ଯେଭଳି ଭାବେ ବାପା ହତ୍ୟା କରିଛି, ତାହା ଶୁଣିଲେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଲୋମ ଟାଙ୍କୁରି ଉଠି ବ। ଦୁଇ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ତାର ଗୁଡାଇ ସୁଇଚ ଅନ୍ କରିଦେଇଥିଲା। ଛଟପଟ ହୋଇ ସେମାନେ ମରିବା ପରେ ନିଜେ ଜୀବନ ହାରିଦେଇଥିଲେ। ମୃତ ପିଲାମାନେ ହେଲେ ୧୪ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ମାରିଆ ନିରୋଶା ଏବଂ ୧୨ ବର୍ଷର ମାରିଆ କେନିଷ୍ଟନ୍। ଉଭୟ ଏକ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବେସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପଢ଼ୁଥିଲେ। ଗତ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ମେରି ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବାହାରୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଆଣିଥିଲେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖାଇସାରି ଶୋଇବାକୁ କହିଥିଲେ। ପିଲାମାନେ ଶୋଇବା ପରେ ସେ ଏହି ଭୟଙ୍କର କାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟାଇଥିଲେ। ଘଟଣା ସମୟରେ ମେରିଙ୍କ ୭୫ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ବାପା ମଧ୍ୟ ଘର ବାହାରେ ଶୋଇଥିଲେ। କିଛି ଦିନ ତଳେ ପତ୍ନୀ ସବିତା ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ସହ ଚାଲିଯାଇଥିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ମେରି ଗଭୀର ମାନସିକ ଚାପରେ ଥିଲେ। ଗାଡ଼ି ଚଲାଇବା ପ୍ରାୟ ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଘର ଚଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମଝିରେ ମଝିରେ ରଙ୍ଗ ମିସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ କାମ କରୁଥିଲେ। ଶନିବାର ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଘରର କବାଟ ଭିତରୁ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବାରୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ପିତା ପଡ଼ୋଶୀଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ। ପରେ ପୋଲିସ ଆସି କବାଟ ଭାଙ୍ଗିବା ପରେ ଖଟ ଉପରେ ତିନିଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ପାଇଥିଲା।

A heartbreaking incident has been reported from Thoothukudi district in Tamil Nadu, where a 45-year-old truck driver and his two children were found dead inside their home.

According to the source, the deceased has been identified as Mary Michael, while the children were identified as 14-year-old Maria Nirosha and 12-year-old Maria Keniston, both students of a local private school.

The source states that the incident allegedly occurred amid ongoing personal and family difficulties following the departure of Michael's wife from the family home some time earlier. Family members said he had been under considerable emotional strain in recent days and had largely stopped working as a truck driver, occasionally taking up painting work to support the household.

The incident came to light after the house remained locked from inside until Saturday afternoon, prompting family members and neighbours to alert authorities. Police later entered the house and recovered the bodies, following which an investigation was initiated.
