ପ୍ରଥମ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ଭ୍ୟାକ୍ ସିନ୍ ‘QDENGA’କୁ ଭାରତର ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ। ୪ରୁ ୬୦ ବର୍ଷ ଭିତରେ ଆସୁଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ ନେଇ ପାରିବେ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା କି ନାହିଁ ତାହା ଜାଣିବା ଦରକାର ନାହିଁ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ‘QDENGA’କୁ ୪୩ଟି ଦେଶ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇ ସାରିଛି। ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବରେ ୩୨ ନିୟୁତ ଡୋଜ୍ ‘QDENGA’ ଦିଆସରିଛି।
India has approved QDENGA, the country's first dengue vaccine, marking a major milestone in dengue prevention. The vaccine can be administered to individuals aged 4 to 60 years without requiring proof of previous dengue infection or pre-vaccination screening. According to the available information, QDENGA has already received approval in 43 countries, with more than 32 million doses administered worldwide. The approval is expected to strengthen India's fight against dengue and expand preventive healthcare options against the mosquito-borne disease.
