Hirakud Dam Opens 4 Gates to Release This Year's First Floodwater

ଖୋଲିଲା ହୀରାକୁଦ ଡ୍ୟାମ୍ର ଗେଟ୍ । ୪ଟି ଗେଟ୍ ଦେଇ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷର ପ୍ରଥମ ବନ୍ୟାଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସିତ। ବାମପଟରୁ ୩ ଓ ଡାହାଣ ପଟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗେଟ ଦେଇ ଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସିତ ।
Hirakud Dam has opened four gates to release the first floodwater of the current year. Water is being discharged through three gates on the left side and one gate on the right side as part of the controlled release. The opening of the gates marks the beginning of this year's floodwater discharge from the reservoir, with authorities managing the outflow through designated spillway gates.
