ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ବିତ୍ପାତ୍ତ। ୨ ଦିନ ହେଲା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି ବର୍ଷା। ଚାରିଆଡେ ପାଣି। ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ପ୍ରଭାବରେ କଟକ ସହରର ଅବସ୍ଥା ବେହାର ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ସହରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗଳି ଓ ସାହିର ରାସ୍ତାରେ ପାଣି ବୁଡ଼ି ରହିଛି। ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଘରୁ ବାହାରି ପାରୁନାହାନ୍ତି।
