Headmistress Suspended After Over 60 Students Fall Ill at Odisha School

ଦୂଷିତ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇ ୬୦ରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଘଟଣା। ପ୍ରଧାନଶିକ୍ଷୟତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଲମ୍ବନ କଲେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଶିକ୍ଷାଧିକାରୀ। ୨୩ ଜୁଲାଇରେ ରାଇରଙ୍ଗପୁର ସରଗଡ଼ା କସ୍ତୁରବା ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲ୍ ର ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦୦ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୧୯ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଝାଡା ବାନ୍ତି ରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହେବା ପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗୁରୁତର ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ରାଇରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
The headmistress of Kasturba Gandhi High School at Sargada in Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj district, has been suspended after more than 60 students reportedly fell ill following suspected food contamination. The District Education Officer initiated the action after the incident. On July 23, around 100 students reportedly complained of health issues, with 19 suffering from diarrhoea and vomiting and being admitted to the Rairangpur Hospital. More than 30 other unwell students were treated at the hostel by a medical team. Bijatala Block Education Officer Dilip Nanda confirmed that Headmistress Hiramani Hembram has been placed under suspension in connection with the incident.
