Former MLA Alaka Mohanty met BJD president Naveen Patnaik at Naveen Niwas along with party workers to clarify the controversy surrounding her son's Facebook post. Speaking to the media after the meeting, Alaka said her son had become emotional and made the post in that state of mind. She added that he later realised his mistake, understood the party's contribution to their family and deleted the post.
