CCTV footage has surfaced showing a second-grade girl walking out of a government school in Bhubaneswar with her tiffin box, raising serious questions about how she managed to leave the school premises despite security personnel being nearby. The girl did not return home after leaving school in the morning, following which her family searched the school and surrounding areas. Her body was later recovered from a water body behind the Reserve Police ground near Kalinga Stadium. The family has alleged negligence by the school authorities and lodged a written complaint at Kharavel Nagar Police Station. No response has been received from the school authorities or police so far. The CCTV footage has now intensified questions surrounding the circumstances of the girl's death.
