Bhadrak District Collector Dillip Routaray remained on the ground supervising flood management operations on the final day before his retirement. Despite the end of his tenure, he continued to monitor relief efforts and discharge his responsibilities. Speaking on his last working day, the Collector thanked the people of Bhadrak for their support and reflected on his years in government service, highlighting his commitment to public duty until the very end.
