Three motorcycle riders were killed in a hit-and-run accident near Mahasing Bridge under Baliguda Police Station in Odisha's Kandhamal district. One of the victims died on the spot, while the other two succumbed to their injuries at Baliguda Hospital. The identities of the deceased are yet to be established.
According to the source, all three youths were travelling on a single motorcycle when an unidentified vehicle hit them and fled the scene. Police recovered the bodies and launched an investigation into the incident.
Baliguda Police are investigating the hit-and-run case and efforts are underway to identify both the victims and the offending vehicle.
