ଦୁଇ ଘଣ୍ଟାର ବର୍ଷାରେ ବେହାଲ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଲା ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ସହର। କାଲି ରାତିରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷାରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ତଳିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଜଳମଗ୍ନ ହୋଇପଡିଥିଲା। ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରାସ୍ତାରେ ପାଣିର ସୁଅ ଛୁଟିଥିବା ବେଳେ କେତେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଘର ଭିତରକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପାଣି ପଶିଯାଇଥିଲା। ଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସନ ପାଇଁ ନାକେଦମ ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ମହାନଗର ନିଗମ। ରାତି ସାରା ଏନଫୋର୍ସମେଣ୍ଟ ଟିମ୍ ଜେସିବି ସହାୟତାରେ ଅବରୋଧ ହଟାଇ ଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସନ କରିବା ପରେ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ହୋଇଛି।

Just two hours of heavy rainfall threw normal life out of gear in Odisha's Sambalpur city, as several low-lying areas were submerged overnight. Water flowed across major roads, while rainwater entered houses in some localities, causing widespread inconvenience to residents.
