A video involving former Odagaon NAC Junior Engineer Satyanarayan Sahoo has gone viral in Nayagarh. According to the source, after the inauguration of development projects worth around ₹9 crore, the engineer allegedly removed marble from a wall using a hammer and chisel after finding that his name was not included on the inauguration plaques.
