ଚୁଟି କାଟିନଥିବାରୁ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ପିଟିଲେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ । ମାଡ଼ ମାରିବା ସହ ସ୍କୁଲରୁ ଧକ୍କା ମାରି ବାହାର କରିଦେଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ। ଏଭଳି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆସିଛି ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପାରାଦୀପ ଲକ ଥାନା କୁଜଙ୍ଗ ଝିମାଣୀ ଗାଁରୁ । ଝିମାଣୀ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲର ଜଣେ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରକୁ କାହିଁକି ଚୁଟି କାଟିନ ବୋଲି ଶିକ୍ଷକ ପଚାରିଥିଲେ। ଶ୍ରାବଣ ମାସ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଚୁଟି କାଟି ନଥିବା ଛାତ୍ର ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଏଥିରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ନ ହୋଇ ଛାତ୍ରକୁ ମାଡ ମାରିଥିଲେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ। ଏବଂ ସ୍କୁଲରୁ ତଡି ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଛାତ୍ର ଜଣଙ୍କ ଘରକୁ ନଯାଇ ଥାନାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ। ପୋଲିସ ଅଭିଭାବକଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ। ପୁଲିସ ଠାରୁ ଜାଣିବା ପରେ ଅଭିଭାବକ ସ୍କୁଲ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ଅଛି ବୋଲି ଶିକ୍ଷକ କହିଥିଲେ। ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତର ପରେ ତୀବ୍ର ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅଭିଭାବକ। ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନେ କିଭଳି ଏତେ ଦାୟିତ୍ବହୀନ ହୋଇପାରନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ନ୍ୟାୟ ମାଗିଛନ୍ତି। ସେପଟେ ଆପୋଷ ବୁଝମଣା ଭିତରେ ଘଟଣାର ସମାଧାନ ହୋଇଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଧାନଶିକ୍ଷକ।

A teacher has been accused of assaulting a Class 10 student and allegedly forcing him out of school for not getting a haircut at Jhimani High School in Kujang, Jagatsinghpur district, Odisha. According to the allegation, the student told the teacher that he had not cut his hair due to the holy month of Shravan, but the explanation allegedly did not satisfy the teacher, who then beat him and asked him to leave the school.

Instead of returning home, the student reportedly went to the local police station, following which the police informed his parents. When the parents later contacted the school, they alleged they were told by the teacher that the boy was still on the school premises, prompting strong criticism over the handling of the incident. The family has demanded justice and questioned the teacher's conduct.

The school's headmaster, however, said the matter has been resolved through a mutual settlement. The report presents the allegations made by the student's family along with the school's response.
