A heartbreaking story has emerged from Koraput, Odisha, where diploma engineers Sukanti Paraja (Electrical Engineering) and Man Muduli (Civil Engineering) are working as daily wage labourers after their engineering certificates were allegedly withheld by a private college over unpaid course fees. Having completed their studies in 2020, the couple could not apply for engineering jobs and eventually took up construction work to support their family.
