A 75-year-old woman, Hara Pradhan, from the Nijigarh area of Badamba Block in Odisha is reportedly living in the veranda of a dilapidated forest beat house without a home, family support or government welfare benefits. She survives on alms and claims she has not received housing assistance, ration support or other government schemes.
