Shiva Munda, a resident of Lahunipada in Sundargarh district, has been fighting for justice for the past 12 years after losing both legs and one arm in an accident involving hot ash near the Bhaskar Plant in Tumkela. According to the source, although he was taken for medical treatment after the incident, he suffered permanent disabilities and has since been struggling to rebuild his life.
