ବଢୁଛି ମହାନଦୀ। ମୁଣ୍ଡଳୀଠାରେ ମହାନଦୀର ଜଳସ୍ତର ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଛି। ସେକେଣ୍ଡକୁ ୮ ଲକ୍ଷ ୭୩ ହଜାର ୩୨ କ୍ୟୁସେକ୍ ଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସନ ହେଉଛି। ବିପଦ ସଂକେତ ଠାରୁ ମାତ୍ର ଦେଢ ଫୁଟ୍ ତଳେ ପାଣି ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଉଛି। ମହାନଦୀର ଶାଖା ନଦୀ ଲୁଣା, କରାଣ୍ଡିଆ, ଚିତ୍ରତ୍ପୋଳା, ପାଇକା ଏବଂ ଦେବୀ ନଦୀରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବନ୍ୟା ଆସିବ। କନ୍ଦଳ, କୁଶଭଦ୍ରା, ଭାର୍ଗବୀ, ଦୟା ନଦୀରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଳସ୍ତର ବଢୁଛି।
The water level of the Mahanadi is rising steadily at Mundali, where 873,032 cusecs of water are currently being discharged every second. The river is flowing just 1.5 feet below the danger level, raising concerns over the flood situation. Floodwaters are also expected to affect the Luna, Karandia, Chitrotpala, Paika and Devi rivers, while water levels continue to rise in the Kandal, Kushabhadra, Bhargavi and Daya rivers, increasing the flood threat across the Mahanadi river basin. #OdishaTV#OTV
