Rain is likely to play spoilsport during Odisha's upcoming Rath Yatra as the Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar has forecast widespread rainfall across the state till July 17. A Yellow Warning for thunderstorms accompanied by lightning has been issued for 14 districts in northern and eastern Odisha, while heavy rainfall is likely over parts of the state during the coming days.
