Over the past 90 days, around 2,600 people have reportedly suffered dog bites, raising concerns among residents. The report further states that the dog sterilisation programme has remained suspended for the past three years, a factor highlighted in connection with the increasing stray dog population. The issue has become a major concern for residents, according to the report from Rourkela.
