Odisha Cracks Down on Illegal Sand Mining | Sand Worth ₹2 Crore Seized in Fresh Raid

ଆଉ ୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବାଲି ଜବତ କଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ। ୯୦୦ ଟ୍ରିପ୍ ରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ ବେଆଇନ୍ ଭାବରେ ଗଚ୍ଛିତ ବାଲି ଜବତ କରିଛି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ। ନାଉଗାଁ ତହସିଲ ଏରେଡା ଓ ବୋଦର ନିକଟରେ ଉପଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ଚଢ଼ାଉରୁ ବାଲି ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି। ଜବତ ବାଲିର ଆନୁମାନିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଦୁଇ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ହେବ।
The district administration has seized illegally stockpiled sand worth over ₹2 crore during a major crackdown in Odisha. More than 900 truckloads of illegally stored sand were confiscated during raids near Ereda and Bodar under Naugaon Tahasil. Officials said Section 163 will be imposed at the site, and the seized sand will be auctioned.
