New Anti-Paper Leak Bill: Up to 10 Years in Jail, ₹10 Crore Fine Proposed
#ନୂଆ_ବିଲରେ_କଣ_ରହିଛି_ଖାସ୍ ?
କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଆଣିଥିବା ସଂଶୋଧିତ ବିଲରେ କଣ ରହିଛି ଖାସ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ବିଲ୍ ତୁଳନାରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ସଂଶୋଧିତ ବିଲରେ ରହିଛି କଠୋର ଦଣ୍ଡ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା। ଚିଠା ବିଲ୍ ଅନୁସାରେ, ସଂଗଠିତ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନପତ୍ର ଲିକ୍, ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ଅସାଧୁ ଉପାୟ ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କିମ୍ବା ଏଭଳି ଅପରାଧରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି, ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗ୍, ସଂସ୍ଥା କିମ୍ବା ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କମରେ ୫ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ କାରାଦଣ୍ଡ ଏବଂ ୧୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜରିମାନାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି।
The revised Bill brought by the Central Government proposes tougher punishment for organised question paper leaks and the use of unfair means in public examinations. According to the draft Bill, individuals, gangs, institutions or service providers involved in organised paper leaks, examination malpractice or related offences could face a minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years in prison, along with a fine of up to ₹10 crore.
