A devastating fire broke out at a jewellery shop and a shopping mall in Sarbahal, Jharsuguda, rapidly engulfing the entire building. Fire Services personnel rushed to the spot immediately after receiving the alert and are continuing efforts to bring the blaze under control. While the exact cause of the fire is yet to be confirmed, the preliminary assessment suggests that a suspected short circuit may have triggered the incident. The extent of the damage is being assessed.
