ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ବୁଲୁଛନ୍ତି ଅଭଦ୍ର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି । ଏକୁଟିଆ ମହିଳା କିମ୍ବା ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିଲେ ବାହାନା କରି ପାଖକୁ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି, ପ୍ଲଟ ନମ୍ବର ପଚାରିବା ବାହାନାରେ ସୁଯୋଗ ନେଇ ଅଶ୍ଳୀଳ ଇଙ୍ଗିତ କରିବା ସହ ଅସଦାଚରଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । କିଛି ଦିନତଳେ ଜଣେ ଯୁବତୀ ଆଇଡି ମାର୍କେଟ ଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅସଦାଚରଣ କରିବା ସହ ଅଶ୍ଳୀଳ ଇଙ୍ଗିତ କରିଥିଲେ ଜଣେ ବୟସ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି। ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଜଣଙ୍କ ସ୍କୁଟି ନେଇ ଯାଉଥିବାର ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ସିସିଟିଭିରେ କଏଦ ହୋଇଛି। ନୟାପଲ୍ଲୀ ଅଂଚଳରେ ଜଣେ ଯୁବତୀ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି ଏଭଳି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ।
A woman from Bhubaneswar's Nayapalli area has alleged that an unidentified elderly man has been targeting women and young girls who are alone by approaching them on the pretext of asking for plot numbers or directions. The accused allegedly makes obscene gestures and behaves inappropriately after initiating conversation. A similar incident was reportedly faced by a young woman while she was heading towards ID Market a few days ago. CCTV footage has reportedly captured the suspect leaving the area on a scooter, and the incident has raised concerns over women's safety in the locality.
