ଲଘୁଚାପ ଜନିତ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାରେ ବେହାଲ ଯାଜପୁର । ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଫଳରେ ଶିବ ମନ୍ଦିର ରେ 4ଫୁଟର ପାଣି । ବୁଡି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି ପାର୍ବତୀ ଅଳ୍ପ ଦେଖାଯାଉଛନ୍ତି ଅଗ୍ନିଶ୍ୱର । ବିରଜା ମନ୍ଦିର ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଅଗ୍ନିଶ୍ୱର ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ବର୍ଷା ପାଣି ପଶିଯିବା ଫଳରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପୂଜାର୍ଚ୍ଚନାରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ପାଣି ଯୋଗୁଁ ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସର ଏବେ ଜଳମଗ୍ନ । ଭକ୍ତମାନେ ମହାଦେବଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ଯିବାରେ ବହୁ ଅସୁବିଧାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି । ଜଳମଗ୍ନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିତିକାନ୍ତିରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ସେବାୟତ । ବିରଜା ମନ୍ଦିର ଅଧାପନ୍ତରିଆ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସହ ନିର୍ମାଣଧୀନ ବିରଜା ହାଟ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାରଣରୁ ଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସନ ନହୋଇ ପାରିବାରୁ ଏଭଳି ହୋଇଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଛି ।

Relentless rain triggered by a low-pressure system has caused severe waterlogging in Jajpur, Odisha. Around four feet of rainwater entered the Agnishwar Shiva Temple near the Biraja Temple, submerging the shrine and disrupting daily worship rituals. While the idol of Lord Shiva is submerged, only a small portion of Goddess Parvati's idol remains visible.
According to temple servitors, the inundation has affected the temple's daily rituals and made it difficult for devotees to visit and offer prayers. The entire temple premises remain waterlogged due to continuous rainfall.
Locals have alleged that inadequate drainage caused by the ongoing Biraja Temple heritage corridor and the under-construction Biraja Haat project has prevented proper water discharge, leading to flooding inside the temple premises.
