ଖୋଲୁଛି ନବୀନଙ୍କ ଅମଳର LED ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଟ୍ ଲାଇଟ୍ ଦୁର୍ନୀତିର ମହାଗୁମର । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର, ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଓ ଯାଜପୁରର ୩ ଠିକାଦାରଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କଲା ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ । ୩ଟି ସଂସ୍ଥାର ୩ ଠିକାଦାରଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଗିରଫ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେଲେ ଗିରିଜା ଶଙ୍କର ଦାଶ, ଧରଣୀଧର ସାହୁ ଓ ବିଭୂତି ରଂଜନ ବିଶ୍ବାଳ । ପ୍ରାୟ ୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ସରକାରୀ ଅର୍ଥ ହେରଫେର ମାମଲାରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ବାନ୍ଧିଛି ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ । ୨୦୨୧-୨୩ରେ 'ଆମ ଗାଁ ଆମ ବିକାଶ' ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ବଡ଼ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ନୟାଗଡ଼, ଯାଜପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୫୦ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ରେଡ୍ କରି ଛାନଭିନ କରୁଛି ।

The alleged LED streetlight scam during the previous Naveen Patnaik government's tenure has taken a major turn, with Odisha Vigilance arresting three contractors in connection with the case. The arrested accused have been identified as Girija Shankar Dash, Dharanidhar Sahu and Bibhuti Ranjan Biswal.
According to Vigilance, the arrests were made in connection with the alleged misappropriation of nearly Rs 3 crore in government funds under the 'Ama Gaon Ama Bikash' scheme during 2021-23. The alleged irregularities are linked to LED streetlight projects implemented across several districts.
As part of the ongoing investigation, Vigilance teams are conducting searches and verification at 50 locations across Keonjhar, Nayagarh and Jajpur districts to unearth further details in the case.
