A series of fatal road accidents has raised serious concerns over road safety in Bhubaneswar, with speeding and drunken driving emerging as major causes. In the past few days alone, multiple lives have been lost in separate late-night crashes, including a hit-and-run on the Khandagiri Overbridge that killed two bikers and a fatal Mercedes crash near Shastri Nagar Traffic Post.
