ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ କାରଣରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛି। ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି କାରଣ ନୁହେଁ। ଇସ୍ତଫା ପରେ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଡିସିପି ଜଗମୋହନ ମୀନା। ପରିବାର ଓ ବନ୍ଧୁ ମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା ପରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି। ମୋ ଇସ୍ତଫା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇନି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ କାମ କରିବାକୁ ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇଥିବାରୁ ଭାଗ୍ୟବାନ ମନେ କରୁଛି। କୌଣସି ଚାପ ନଥିଲା, ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସେବା କରିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଲୋକେ ବହୁତ ଭଲ, ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ମୋ ଉପରେ ରହୁ। ୨୦୧୩ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍ ର IPS ଜଗମୋହନ ମୀନା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ କାରଣରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି।

Bhubaneswar DCP Jagmohan Meena has clarified that his resignation was submitted solely for personal reasons and not due to any external pressure. He said the decision was taken after discussions with his family and friends and added that his resignation has not yet been accepted. Meena described himself as fortunate to have served the people of Odisha and thanked them for their support, expressing hope that the blessings of Lord Jagannath remain with him. A 2013-batch IPS officer, he previously served as DCP of Cuttack, SP of Angul and Ganjam, and began his policing career as SDPO in Kalahandi in 2013. He took charge as Bhubaneswar DCP in February 2025. Speculation about him joining a private company remains unconfirmed.
